Virtual Box Error - Failed to open a session

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the vitual box editor and fly wheel to no avail. Getting the following error message…

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine local-by-flywheel.

On removing Flywheel again, and trying again i am now getting this message;
