Just getting into this app!
Will there be an issue if I already have Virtual Box installed?
Will I be able to use Virtual box for other projects outside of Local?

Good question!
Local Lightning no longer uses VirtualBox so you should be good to go! Even with Local Classic, the answer is “no” and “yes” respectively.
