Nature of the problem
When I click on the add new page button the result I get is a blank, white page.
Antecedent events that could be the cause
Before the described problem occurred, I had attempted to close open WP sites due to an onset of instability in my system, Win 10 LTSC.
Unfortunately, the attempt failed and I proceeded to close Win.
After rebooting everything seemed ok, I had reopened the sites I was working on but without taking any action. Only when I needed to create a new page did I discover that it was not possible. The problem affects only one of the two sites affected by the forced Win 10 session closure.
My skills are limited. Can anyone help me with this?

So this is only happening on one site but not others?
On the site it’s happening on do you have any extra plugins? It might be worth testing disabling them to see if that improves the experience.
You might also check to make sure you have plenty of disk space on your device.
Lastly, if you’re still having trouble you might look through our performance guide here including the Windows specific items mentioned: Troubleshoot: Performance Issues - Local
You should be able to safely reinstall the WPCode Pro plugin because I believe the snippets are stored in the WordPress database, and not in the plugin files.
To be safe though you can create a fresh database backup and maybe grab a copy of the wp-content/plugins/wpcode folder just in case before doing the reinstall.
I found that WPCode Pro has an option to export/import code snippets, however, I could not find the solution.
I tried the route of clean installation of the plugin 2 times. The first attempt did not require importing the code snippets nor did it require entering the license code. This made me suspicious. Unfortunately, the problem remained.
In the second attempt I uninstalled the plugin and closed LocalWP before proceeding with the installation. Unfortunately, nothing changed.
