When importing a multisite export, domains are not replaced in wp_blogs

Issue Summary

Fix it does not replace the domain either. Only wp search-replace does the job.

Troubleshooting Questions

• Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
  Any site that is exported as a sub-directory (assuming for subdomain too) site.

• Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
  Yes

Replication

Create a multisite install, export it, and import it with a different domain. In wp_blogs the old domain exists. Try fix it. Won’t work.

I’ve seen this too over the past many months. I’ve taken to just manually updating the rows in wp_blogs when I have to. But it is annoying. I haven’t had the occasion to try this on my live sites. It may well be a failing of the WP-CLI and not Local.
