New user of Local and wordpress.
Previous dell desktop inspiron died. Local 5.0.7 and Wordpress 2.4 were working.
Fortunately, I was able to save original hard drive and have been manually successfully reloading replacement dell optiplex 9020.
During process to get working, wordpress and Local have been updated. System has Windows defender for firewall and antivirus.
During never-ending process I have had a variety of Local responses - invalid domain, 'local is taken by another site, attempt made to access socket, choose different path, local router is having trouble starting, etc?
At this point in time, I am down to:
403 forbidden - nginx/1.16.0 - on local site I previous setup in users/name/localsites.
404 - was getting this on new sites just created. Here is excerpt of many messages from local router log.

I was able to get one new test site, Hello World. somewhere in process but not sure when or how. However, at this time, I am getting 404 errors when try to setup a new site - Can start site running, but get 403.
Any help would be appreciated as preferable to use site I was working on.
