It looks like the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable isn’t installed or may need to be repaired.

Here’s how:

  1. Close Local
  2. Download and run the following installers:

  1. Re-open Local and try creating a site

If the posts above doesn’t help, please go ahead and provide the log file one more time and we’ll see if it includes any new info regarding the hosts file.

Hi Sir , Right now i am using window defender as anti-virus and also i completed first step that you mentioned in the revert but the problem is still there .

No sir i just set path of the file name :- ( C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0 )under >advanced system settings>System properties>advanced>Environment variables >System variable
