Won't Let Me Publish Any Pages

Issue Summary

_Testing Free Version of Local. Installed and Setup Easily, created several pages but it will not let me Publish the pages. They are maintained in either Draft or Scheduled, but not to Publish status.

Also since there are no Published Pages, I can’t change settings to select a different Posts page and can’t create menus. Basically, without being able to Publish I cannot go on to the next step.

Customer Support indicated that I should be able to Publish in the Free version also. What is setup incorrectly? Does anybody know what a solution might be?

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?

  • Which version of Local is being used? Free version

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?
    Mac OS 10.15.7 Catalina
