What issue or error are you experiencing?
—Woocommerce installation fails. it says it cannot connect to server. and it shows the following error:
No response received from the server. Normally due to a timeout (where an import takes more than 30 or so seconds to run). Would you like to retry the same file or to move onto the next one (not recommended as ths may result in missing files on your new site)?
Alter a few seconds the side logs out from the Wordpress dashboard and shows the following:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc
Whenever I try to download Woocommerce - either via installation file or directly from WP repository.

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.
