Hi there,
I am trying to install the woocommerce plug-in into a site im working on and I keep getting the following error message:
Installation failed: Local Router Error blockquote { margin: 10% 25%; width: 50%; } body {font-family: arial,sans-serif} img { border:none; } Local Router Error Our apologies for the inconvenience. The Local router is not able to connect to the site you requested. We suggest you try the following: Restart Site - Go to the Local by Flywheel app and restart the site you are attempting to access. Contact us - If the issue persists please contact us.
I have tried restarting the site and also tried to upload a zip file of the plug-in, im running out of ideas, any help would be gratefully received.
It’s not a problem with the plugin itself…
As @clay says in this topic:
http://local.getflywheel.com/community/t/local-router-error/3659/13?u=atempel
You can see those logs to see if you can find anything, or zip them and send here
To find the logs you can simply zip the “logs” folder that lies in the root folder of the website:
There are some topics about this problem, seems to be a generic one, can be tied to plugin installations somehow, one of the topics said.
As for personal experience, I installed Woocommerce a while ago, like 3 weeks, and got through it with no problems. I don’t know about you but I’m using Custom Environment with PHP 5.6.20, MySQL 5.6 and Apache.
