I am Using Xampp On Local Machine And Share Hosting

You mention using Xampp, these forums are mostly focused on using Local.

I don’t know why Simply Static can’t connect to the site when running on Xampp, but you might try downloading and using Local. I tried creating a new site and was able to generate a static zip when running the site in Local.
