Hello, I have a Hosting service with Bana hosting can I migrate my staff that I have with you to this service? Or can I only use FLYWHELL or WPENGINE?

Local is just a development application and not a web host. So you’ll need to migrate to another WordPress web host if you want the site to be live. Flywheel or WP Engine would definitely work!
If you just need to backup the site or get it into Local for now you can use a plugin like WP Migrate Lite to create a full site export that you can drag and drop into Local.
