One site is not found, others are working fine

Issue Summary

This is same issue with this issue, but I don’t why the thread was closed without any solution? - I can't open local on my windows

Troubleshooting Questions

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
    Just one

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
Cannot access just one site. Its a new created site.

Replication

Create a new site in Local, but it shows 404 error when you want to access it.

System Details

  • Which version of Local is being used?
    6.4.3+6116

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?
    Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

  • Attach the Local Log. See this Help Doc for instructions on how to do so:
2022/11/01 15:33:02 [alert] 19276#25048: OpenEvent(“ngx_master_1880”) failed (2: The system cannot find the file specified)
2022/11/01 15:48:42 [alert] 20800#14176: OpenEvent(“ngx_master_19364”) failed (2: The system cannot find the file specified)
2022/11/01 15:51:17 [alert] 20208#564: OpenEvent(“ngx_master_27088”) failed (2: The system cannot find the file specified)

Security Reminder

Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Hi @dzulhelmi! Do you have any antivirus, security, or firewall applications that could be blocking Local?

More details about troubleshooting this here: Router Mode

If you’re still having trouble could you provide a copy of your local log? Retrieving Local’s Log File

Hi Nick,

If its about security or firewall, I already mentioned that this problem only happens to one site in my Local. Not all sites. I have 5 sites, but only this 1 site show this problem.

I already paste the log in my question above.

Hi @dzulhelmi - Can you provide an attached copy of your Local Log including your router log? If you follow the instructions here you can create a zip file with everything included. If you’d rather not post it I can direct message you and exchange it that way.

Retrieving Local’s Log File

Per the thread you linked above, Ben asked:

This last screenshot of the 404 page that has a Local icon indicates that Local’s router is working, but that it doesn’t know where to send the request to. That means that for some reason the individual site isn’t being created correctly, or isn’t being registered correctly.

Can you try creating a new, plain WordPress site?

Are you able to create another new site after this one? Or do they all result in the same way now?
