2.2.4 version - Painfully slow - almost unusable

windows 7 - Tried docker - but just turned off automatically once site opened. Takes apx 45 secs to open. 11 to 15 sec avg to open anything page/post. Small site with 8 pages. Thinking I should not have upgraded to new version, There’s gotta be a fix for this.

Another post spoke of permissions wrong (bug) but have no idea if its this or how to correct.local-by-flywheel.log (120.2 KB)

Same issue here 15 seconds to load admin pages, 30 seconds to load public pages.

Is there still a permissions issue? And how do we change those in Windows 7?
