502 Bad Gateway Error - Router Error

Hi

I am getting a 502 Bad Gateway Router Error when trying to use Duplicator plugin and when trying to Update the Total Theme. Suspect it is a plugin (See list below) as it was working ok a few days ago.

I get 2 PHP erros when starting the site but none when running the Duplicator Scan

Hey @plgun

Do you know for sure that it’s the Duplicator plugin? For example, if you deactivate that plugin and then attempt the update, does it work?

Also, are there other updates to plugins that can be made? It might be another plugin that is causing issues.

One other thing, you might take a look at this community forum post: Timeouts during nginx xdebug session

It outlines some changes to the NGINX/Apache configuration to increase the timeout. Maybe that can help you here as well.

Hi, I’m having the same problem.

I’m trying to package my Local site using Duplicator, but Duplicator can’t create the package. Instead, it gives me the following error:

Server Status: 502 -Bad Gateway
Error Message:
Local Router Error
Our apologies for the inconvenience. The Local router is not able to connect to the site you requested.

We suggest you try the following:

Restart Site - Go to the Local by Flywheel app and restart the site you are attempting to access.
Contact us - If the issue persists please contact us.

Using Duplicator, when trying to package it says (after a loading moment) :

Of course I did restart flywheel but it didn’t change anything.

When you encounter this error message when does that happen? Is it directly after you click the “Create New” button? As a test, I created a new blank WordPress site, and installed the Duplictor plugin. From there I was able to successfully create a duplicator package: http://flywheel.link/0h1r1F1f2342

I’m wondering if there is another plugin that is preventing Duplicator from creating the package. To compare your setups – what plugins and theme are installed on these sites?
