Seeing the logs, and just to be clear, I’m not associated with Flywheel, I just have some experience with Local, for the time I’ve been using it.
This part of your log caught my attention:
Error copying MySQL config Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat '/Users/nmr/Local Sites/onlyvisitimmo/conf/mysql/
That means that Local wasn’t able to find some files or directory from MySQL, so can you check your Local Sites folder and see if your site folder is there? The name of the folder seems to be “onlyvisitimmo” and inside it you should find some other folders.
Also, do you have backups for your site? Did you ever exported it?

but when I go to the finder, then local sites, then onlyvisitimmo, then backups, theres is a file : 2018-10-31–20-22-SQL.zip
do you think it could work ? but… I’m sure you laugh, I don’t know what to do with it

after my previous late post yesterday, I went… to sleep. Today I read your answer better and have a look in the folders, and a lot of things are missing
I’m sure it is not the regular way to do it, but I copied one by one the folders missing in the clone and paste it in the original
and it works !!! unbelievable
anyway, I’m really late so I continue my work with the original… without update
but after (when “it’s finished”) I need to migrate this local site on the real site online, do you know how ?

haha I’m glad you worked your way out of this issue! It’s good to dig a bit like you did, sometimes the solution is right there.
And don’t bother! Your “frenchy” english is good, with the little I know about french was completely possible to understand it haha
To migrate your Local site to the real site online, I recommend you read these topics:
Basically, there are Wordpress plugins for this, like Duplicator and All in One WP Migration. Or you can migrate manually, but I recommend you use one of those.
Also, remember always to backup your website when doing things like these, that could compromise your work, so you always keep it safe.
