502 bad gateway nginx/1.16.0 error

I am trying to create a site. Whenever i click start site and then view site or admin i get an error message in my browser:
502 bad gateway nginx/1.16.0
under the database tab i have all these msg:
Unable to find Db_host in app/public/wp-config.php
Unable to find Db_name in app/public/wp-config.php
Unable to find Db_user in app/public/wp-config.php
Unable to find Db_password in app/public/wp-config.php

I need help.
