What issue or error are you experiencing?
Hi guys,
yesterday I downloaded local WP, because I’m learning this CMS in general and have bought an online course on Udemy, where the instructor starts to explain it with a local website that we’re going to build during the course.
So I went ahead and downloaded the software and set up the first project. This is what my interface currently looks like:
However, when I click on either “WP admin” or “Open Site”, I receive a 502 error code:
I have also attached the log files in the appendix of this post. Just FYI, my system is in German.
If anyone has an idea on what to do, I’m very grateful. It’s just very annoying to have these issues right from the start.
What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.
