502 Request error coming up

Hi guys,

When I clicked WP Admin or Open Site from Local it produced a %02 request error. I read a past topic that said to change the web server from nginx to Apache. Then it just produced a 404 Not Found
so I reverted back to Nginx but I’m getting a 403 Forbidden
error message now. Can anyone help me get back in. I’m lost as what to do next. Thank you!

The errors in your log are similar to the ones mentioned in Ben’s comment below. Could you try his troubleshooting steps to see if they resolve the issue?
