502 Request Error - no connect could be made because the machine actively refused it

Issue Summary

Hi, I’ve tried to refresh and restart site and my computer as suggested, but it still doesn’t work. When I open local-logs> router-logs > Error, the latest information is

error] 1304#2424: *1 connect() failed (10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it) while connecting to upstream, client: ::1, server: cwmmcom.local, request: “POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP/1.1”, upstream: “http://127.0.0.1:10004/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php”, host: “cwmmcom.local”, referrer: “http://cwmmcom.local/wp-admin/

Also, the “Wordpress version” under overview section has been loading all the time, please see image below for details as I think it may trigger this error.

I don’t know how to fix it. Please help. Thank you.

Security Reminder

Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.
