I’m a beginner with local so I started experimenting and i closed one of my sites but have forgotten the user password
I can see the data in the database users table (using adminer) but this password doesn’t work so I’m thinking this is probably because the password was encoded or hashed.By any chance does anyone know how to get around this hashing
You can reset your password manually, or create a new user using WP-CLI and the Open Site Shell function in Local. More details here:
