What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc
If Instant Reload Add-On is activated, sites stop loading. Instead of backend and frontend are just white empty pages.

Similar to your other post here, it looks like something might be blocking Local from making connections.
