I’m trying to import to a new server with All in one WP and it’s sticks on ‘MU plugins activated’ and never finished even after hours. If I try to get into admin in another tab it says database error and I have to reinstall WP. I’ve done this 3 times. I’ve imported two other sites to other servers this same way with no problem. Am I missing something?

I had the same thing last night. I worked it out though…
Turn the ‘Dev Mode’ to off and it will download.
In wp_config? I read someone said to turn on debug mode. Is that what you mean?
I did it just on local by flywheel, there is a tab at the top. Turn it to off.
Ok sweet. I disabled dev mode, re-exported my wpress with to option to not include mu-plugins checked and reimported on the new server and it’s still hanging on activating mu-plugins even though there shouldn’t be any. Any thoughts on if I did something differently from you? Thanks for the help!
Did anyone solve this problem? I’m having the same issue and can’t figure out why it’s stuck on “activating mu-plugin” for hours on end.
Nope not me. I’ve only experienced this problem on windows based servers. All others I’m importing/exporting flawlessly.

Try lowering your php version from cpanel. It may work
