None of my websites on local are updating or installing plugins. I’m getting an error Installation failed: Could not create directory (including link to upgrade director).
I’ve set all directories to permission 755 and files to 644 and still have the issue?
I’m certain I’m using the latest version (I’ve updated a few times since this has been happening)

Are you trying to update/install from the WordPress dashboard? What about if you use SFTP/SSH to upload or update?
Can you share your Local Log here? There are some different ways to access and share Local Logs. For us to be able to troubleshoot thoroughly, please click the Download Local Logs button from the Support tab in Local. This will generate a zip archive that contains the Local log along with some other diagnostic information to help quickly zero in on any issues that Local is encountering.
