Another MySQL unavailable error

My computer updated yesterday and now I get the same Uh-oh! message others have gotten. After starting I get a “Error Establishing a database connection” message. Upon stopping I get the pop-up that says, “Uh-oh! MySQL was unavailable when Local tried to back up ------ Public Library’s database. Pleas check the local-by-flywheel.log file for details.”

I have the file open and the first “error” message I see is:
May 8, 2019, 7:16 PM EDT - error: [main/exportDB]

{ message: ‘’,

stack:

‘Error\n at C:\Users\jnoyes\AppData\Local\Programs\local-by-flywheel\resources\app.asar\main\actions-sites\wait-for-mysql.js:1:2853\n at Generator.next (<anonymous>)\n at _0x5bab70 (C:\Users\jnoyes\AppData\Local\Programs\local-by-flywheel\resources\app.asar\main\actions-sites\wait-for-mysql.js:1:1645)\n at C:\Users\jnoyes\AppData\Local\Programs\local-by-flywheel\resources\app.asar\main\actions-sites\wait-for-mysql.js:1:1904\n at process._tickCallback (internal/process/next_tick.js:68:7)’ }

I manually updated Local and VirtualBox, restarted my computer, and restarted the local machine a couple times. I’ve build this site for my organization and the (expensive) third party tech guy comes today to move it to our in-house server, so I’d like to have this resolved this morning if possible.

Thanks for any insight!

Okay, after asking I searched some more and this was my resolution:
