Getting "Error establishing a database connection" after PC shutdown unexpectedly

Hi. My PC unexpectedly shut down while I was working on a site with Local & Elementor. Now, when I try to launch the site again with Local, I get the “Error establishing a database connection” on my browser. When I stop the site from running on Local, I get a popup that reads “uh-oh! MySQL was unavailable when Local tried to back up {site name} database. Please check the local-by-flywheel.log file for more details.”

These are the last lines on my log:

Jun 23, 2019, 4:13 PM PDT - warn: [main/waitForMySQL] waitForMySQL Response:

I’ve received this same error yesterday and am following for the solution.

I have the same problem. How did you fix it?
