What issue or error are you experiencing?

I need some help regarding an issue I encountered while working on a new website. I tried creating the site but received an error message, and I’m not sure what to make of it. Additionally, I attempted to upload a ZIP file, thinking it might resolve the issue, but I received another error message.

Could you please help me understand what might be going wrong?

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

If you create a new, blank site does that work okay?

If that works, then you can try opening up your zip file and manually importing the contents using the steps here:

It seems like there might be a conflict with your OS. Could you provide some more details here?

• What is your OS/OS version?

• What version of Local are you on?

Can you try creating a new site with a Custom install and changing the PHP version to see if that makes a difference?
