Can I cache local files to CDN?

Issue Summary

I am trying to run WordPress on localwp and then create static html files to live on a server. I have tried using Simply Static, but it doesn’t seem to generate the files correctly. I’m wondering whether I can add a caching plugin and then cache the files to a CDN. The purpose it two-fold. The CDN flat files will be MUCH faster than a wordpress website. Also, I can turn off the local wordpress site except when I update, so that it is not vulnerable to hacking. Is this viable

Troubleshooting Questions

I have been able to install a default WordPress and another relatively simple Wordpress site on local. All seems to be working well there. (I haven’t worked on the forms yet).
