Whenever I use multisite the upload theme and plugin button is missing. Even if I manually put the theme or plugin in the correct folder of the install does not recognize any other theme but twenty-seventeen.
Other non-multisite installs work fine.
Anyone else having this issue. It’s has never happened before.
PS - I already know the upload buttons are under network and it is there they are missing.
