Cannot Get Past "I Agree"

I am running Windows 10. I have installed Local 5.25 for windows (apparently successfully).
Local loads BUT the “I have read and agree to the local terms of service” appears and the I AGREE button never lights up to accept

Did you check the box that says you’ve read it?

Where is that?

Sorry for the trouble with the checkbox!

We adjusted the styling in Local 5.2.8 so it should be much easier to see in the future: Local 5.2.8
