What issue or error are you experiencing?
This is my first time using local and as I was making my first blank website this error appeared
What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc
I tried reinstalling local and restarting my device but it’s not working still
System Details

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Hi @Ayham
Do you know if your Windows setup is 32-bit? That could cause the above message as Mailpit only ships as a 64-bit binary.

Hi @Ayham - Thank you for checking that. Mailpit doesn’t offer a 32-bit version that Local can use, so there are a couple of options available moving forward. You’ll either have to update to 64-bit Windows, or downgrade your Local app to an older release. There are more details about all of this on the comment here:
Thank you for adding to the report with you PC’s spec, @keithan . That does explain why Local can’t start Mailpit.
Mailpit does not offer a 32-bit version that Local can use. If you’re using 32-bit Windows (others can see how to check if they’re not sure), you can either upgrade to 64-bit Windows (I appreciate this is not easy and may require a new PC) or downgrade to a version of Local below 8.3.1. I’m sorry not to be able to offer an easier solution.
If you decide to downgrade from Local 8.…

You would need to downgrade to 8.3.1 or lower. There are more details in that comment I linked above.
