Cannot update hosts file on Windows, EPERM error

Dear all,
I am trying to use Local by Flywheel version 2.3.4 I am using it on Windows 10
Please check the picture.
After error reporting window appear I clicked to fix it and had the same result again and again.
How to fix this problem?
