Do you know what HTTP error you’re seeing? Is there a specific error code and/or message you’re seeing?
Also, is this running the “Preferred” environment or “Custom”?
no, that’s all it said. But uploads seem to have mysteriously started working now.

ERR_ICANN_NAME_COLLISION
I have confirmed that the ERR_ICANN_NAME_COLLISION error was the cause of the http error, as it couldn’t connect to site.
I am having to restart the site every time this occurs, which is several times per hour.
Since I upgraded to 3.2.1 I also have this problem (on mac macOS Mojave 10.14.5.) Changed custom to preferred environment, stopped and started a few times, problem still exists. After restarting my mac and launching Local, file upload worked again. Crossing fingers it stays this way.
