Can't Create any Custom Sites

Program was working fine for many months, Now I can’t create any Custom Sites nor convert a Preferred to a Custom. I have tried the command line commands:

  1. Open Terminal
  2. Enter and run eval $("/Applications/Local by Flywheel.app/Contents/Resources/extraResources/virtual-machine/vendor/docker/osx/docker-machine" env local-by-flywheel)
  3. Enter and run "/Applications/Local by Flywheel.app/Contents/Resources/extraResources/virtual-machine/vendor/docker/osx/docker" tag flywheel:1.1 flywheel:latest

I also have tried the Advanced configuration option with the Faster Docker Volumes option. No difference. Always hangs on container creation. Log files attached.
