Can't edit functions.php

I am using LocalWP on a fresh Windows 10 install and can’t edit functions.php from Wordpress theme editor.
it just hangs with the loading icon when i click on Update.

It works if i use Xampp.

Already check my firewall, ports, writing permissions, added exclusions
