Can't import a wordpress site

I’m using a mac and trying to import the back up zip file and upload it to local. It isn’t hosted on Flywheel. I keep getting the same error:

Any suggestions on how to get this site loaded?

It seems to me like the zip file is not one that comes from the “export” feature of Local but could be a backup of some kind with your wordpress site in it. Make sure you have the .sql file and corresponding database as well (because you can’t reload a wordpress website from a file backup only, without the database both are required for wordpress to run)
