I am getting this issue on two different computers, both exactly the same issue, an issue I have never had with wamp. I am on Windows 10. I have read about disabling faster docker, but couldn’t find any topic to do this on windows. The following error is produced:

The above error is when trying to install a plugin from wordpress.org directory.
“Download failed. User has blocked requests through HTTP.”
The above error is produced when trying to install from external source.
I cant get anything done, also everything is extremely slow on sites running on Local, i thought it was just me, but two of my friends who use to use it were getting the exact same issue.
