When I share a Blueprint zip file with a coworker, I have to tell them the username and password of the administrator account within the Blueprint. If the import blueprint workflow allowed for the creation of a new administrator account (or changing of an existing one), then the extra information would not be required and simply sharing the blueprint would be sufficient.
