Steps to reproduce

at the very end of the importation of a blueprint file, an error message pop up.

Hello! This might be due to special characters in your user name or site name. Can you make sure they aren’t using any special characters and try again?

If you’re still having problems can you provide your Local Log? Retrieving Local’s Log File

The general problem is that when a Windows Username includes special characters (so an apostrophe ' or a non-ASCII character like é) it can break the commands Local uses to communicate with the MySQL database.
