Chrome won't load due to SSL - NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID

Bug Summary

Chrome shows NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID and will not load. Can’t accept and continue. Just nothing.

Steps to reproduce

6.2.1+5711 any site with a trusted cert gets this error in Chrome for me. Firefox and Safari are workable

Environment Info

OSX 11.6 and Chrome Version 97.0.4692.99
