New: SSL Not working on Chrome with NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID

I’m seeing this exact issue again on Mac Big Sur 11.6.1, Chrome Version 107.0.5304.87 (Official Build) (x86_64).

Issue Summary As of yesterday (Oct 28), all LOCAL sites that have a TRUSTED certificate are no longer working in Google Chrome. All non-SSL LOCAL sites are working fine. Happening on all sites, and all of a sudden. Only seems to be happening in Chrome.
