Local sticks at the message “Changing Site Domain” when I try to clone a site.

Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
One particular. I tested another one and cloning seems to be working fine. -
Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
