Connect to external services (aka: JetPack)?

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I can’t seem to connect JetPack to Wordpress.com. Is there a permission I need to grant somewhere? No other issues thus far. Thanks!

Thanks, Clay! Can I assume by this that there’s no way to actually connect JetPack on my localhost site to wordpress.com so that I can utilize features that require a connection? My gut says no.
