Couldn't retrieve the requested docker image when creating a new site

I’ve just installed Local for the first time on my Windows 10, I’ve tried to create my first new site but once I click “add site” I get an error saying “couldn’t retrieve requested docker image” and then it goes to the “Downloading environment” screen but it does nothing, it’s just a blank page that says “downloading environment” at the top.

I’ve looked at the other posts in this forum that are about the same error but they don’t actually have answers.

I have the same problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Windows 10 host file is unchecked and I have all my anti-virus program were off when I installed. Any help would be really appreciated.
