during the installation i got that error notice and ‘downloading envoironment’ stopped without creating the new site.
Can anyone help? Thx!!

That sounds like it might be a temporary issue. Did you try restarting Local and possibly restarting the computer?
If you are still having issues can you please provide your local-by-flywheel.log file? See this Community Forum post:
