Dependency problem for new distors like Debian13 or Ubuntu 24.04 and upper

Bug Summary

We have dependency problem for new distors like Debian13 or Ubuntu 24.04 and upper for:

1. libtinfo5 → libtinfo6
   libtinfo6 instaled by default in Debian13 and Ubuntu 24.04 and upper
   but we may downgrade this, but it will be not good practice

2. libncurses5 → libncurses6
   libncurses6 instaled by default in Debian13 and Ubuntu 24.04 and upper
   we can’t downgrade this and this is BIG PROBLEM for Debian13 and Ubuntu 24.04 and upper, because libncurses6 have many other dependencies if we will try to remuve libncurses6 and install libncurses5. See dependencies that will be remuved with libncurses6

   

   And we can’t to install both libncurses5 and libncurses6

3. libaio1 → libaio64
   libaio64 instaled by default in Debian13 and Ubuntu 24.04 and upper
   but we may to install both libaio1 and libaio64 but it is BAT PRACTICE!!!

4. libnss3-tools → libnss3-tools
   libnss3-tools everything is normal about this dependency

Steps to reproduce

you may try to install LocalWP with any ENV on any amd64 linux distors like Debian13 and Ubuntu 24.04 and upper

Environment Info

Describe your environment.

• What Operating System are you using? → Ubunty 24.04 / Debian13
• What versions of site software (Nginx, Apache, PHP, MySQL) is used? → any ENV because this is only Local and Linux amd64 dependency problems
• What version of Local is installed? → local-9.2.4-linux.deb
