I have used Local for some time and had no problem.
Since the last update I have not been able to use the DIvi Customization.
All changes are lost on the front end but show up on the backend.
I have NO plugins installed and the problem still exists in SafeMode.
Another user with this same problem said that the problem gave the following results:
UPDATE: it works fine with 5.2.1!
Anyway to roll back to this version?

I had the same issue… And it took forever to figure out!
I fixed the issue by disabling the “Static CSS File Generation” located in the Divi theme options.
I also disabled minify javascript & CSS files too while using Local.

Congratulations, I had the same problem and I solved it by disabling “CSS”; I have not disabled the minimization of the javascript and CSS files because I seem to have solved the problem. Anyway thank you very much for your help.
