All the Effect I’ve done for DIVI Wordpress themes is not appearing in the LocalWP site in my local Windows 7 Desktop.

First Goto Divi - Theme options - Builder - Advanced - Static CSS File Generation and disable the Static CSS File Generation and save the changes.
