Replication WP 5.3.3 site online to a local site with flywheel

i’m using plugin duplicator pro to save my site online
i put 2 files : installer.zip and archive.zip on root oo my local site on my Computer W10.
i try to import it ou localhost/dev/installer.php , but it’s not running
what is the solution for do this ?
