ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED (All Sites Not Working)

Hello

I receive this when clicking on any website in LocalPro

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.

None of the sites load.

I checked previous issues related to this but a lot are old and I can’t follow the instructions.
