Error creating new website on local

Issue Summary

I am new to local wp and getting an error message when trying to create a new website
I tried several times but couldn’t sort it out.
I’ve turned off all kind of protection. But every time creating new website it shows this error.
Attached is the error message.

Thanks a lot.
Actually I hasn’t php file on my pc. After installing php this problem has fixed.
